About this promotion

This Promotion is intended to promote and advertise the sale of participation in Legacy Arcade ™ prepaid skill-only e-sports competitions by the means described under the heading below. The Sponsor of this promotion is Legacy Tech, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company which maintains a registered address at c/o Corporation 15720 Brixham Hill Avenue, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28277.

The "Promotion" is the promotion functionality with which you can use after you have registered. To participate in this promotion, you must be a registered user of the Legacy Arcade™ service. There is no charge to register. Your registration will establish on the Legacy Arcade™ Service an account in your name.

You will receive a unique account number to access your Legacy Arcade™ account through your mobile device or computer. Upon accessing your game account you can view the balances current at the time, of:

  1. Prepayments applied to purchase Legacy Arcade ™ service prepaid participation in the skill-only video game competitions for cash awards
  2. Accumulated game promotion entry credit amounts and accumulated prize amounts currently available to either pay entry fees to participate in the skill game competitions or to distribute to you in cash

The purchase of participation in Legacy Arcade ™ skill-only video game competitions is not refundable under any circumstances. This promotion begins on 01/01/2025 and ends on 12/31/2025. This promotion and all entries and entitlements to awards is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Eligibility

Persons who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of participation and who live and participate in any of Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming are eligible to participate in this promotion upon registration as a user of the Legacy Arcade™ service;

Provided however that employees and contractors of the Sponsor and the Sponsor's contracted data processor and their respective families and persons living in their homes, are ineligible to participate or win.

For avoidance of doubt, participation from the following states is prohibited: Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont and Washington (state).

The Sponsor has and reserves the right to verify at any time the identity of any registrant or account holder and to suspend or block access to any account holder's account for any reason or with no reason.

How to Enter

To enter this promotion and participate in the promotional game, once you are a registered user of the Legacy Arcade™ service, complete your purchase of prepaid skill-only e-sports competition entry fees. You will be awarded one hundred (100) credits to enter the Legacy Arcade™ game promotion for each dollar of prepaid purchase of skill-only e-sports entry fees.

These entry credits represent entitlement to participate in the promotional video games for which the Sponsor offers cash prizes. You can access the Promotion through your mobile device or desktop computer. If playing the promotional video game you win an award, you can use the award to purchase additional prepaid skill-only entry credits or claim the award in cash. Use of the entries will not reduce your entitlement to Legacy Arcade™ prepaid e-sports service that you bought.

How to enter for free (that is, without buying anything)

There are two ways to participate for free in the promotional game provided on the Promotion:

  1. By connecting to the Legacy Arcade™ service

    Free entry by Legacy Arcade™ service is limited to one hundred entries per twenty-four-hour period, but to receive these free entries you must request them online each day that you connect.

  2. A free, unlimited alternative method of entry (AMOE) by mail

    Free entry request by United States Postal Service first class mail is unlimited and must be submitted according to the following instructions:

    • Mail on a white piece of paper no smaller than three inches by five inches
    • Legibly write by hand:
      1. "LEGACY ARCADE™ Free Entry Request"
      2. Your full legal name
      3. Your date of birth
      4. The full street address of where you live
      5. Your telephone number
      6. Your email address
      7. Your username
    • Write by hand on a self-addressed, stamped envelope your return address

Other Terms and Conditions

Termination Conditions

This promotional game ends on the earliest of:

  • The termination date set out above
  • When terminated by the Sponsor for the reasons stated below

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify and/or terminate this promotion and to take such other measures the Sponsor may deem necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion, to preserve the integrity of the promotion or in the event that it or associated practices or equipment become corrupted, technically or otherwise.

Tax Information

  • Winners may need to execute an affidavit of eligibility
  • IRS Form required for winnings exceeding $600.00 annually
  • Prizes are taxable income, reportable on IRS form 1099 MISC

TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF THE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GAME PROMOTION, VOIDS ALL PLAY ON IT.

When you access the Promotion and acknowledge our rules, that act without more means that it is acceptable to you for the Sponsor to send to you announcements and advertisements and to share your identifying information in ways mentioned in our privacy policy; BUT YOU CAN OPT OUT and cancel your consent to this. To do so, visit Settings and you can choose not to provide SMS consent. However, opting out may materially impair the utility to you of the Legacy Arcade™ service.

Redemption Times (EST Time Zone)

Direct-to-debit redemptions are processed immediately in most cases. However, exceptions can occur with certain digital banks. Platforms such as Chime, Cash App, and Venmo are not classified as official banks in the U.S., and transactions involving them may experience delays.

Daily Limits

  • Purchase Limits: $2,500 or 50 transactions per day
  • Redemption Limits: $2,500 or 10 transactions per day
  • Reset Time: Limits reset daily at 12:00 a.m. EST

Limits are based on a rolling 24-hour period
